Panera Bread - Biddeford

Only giving 3 stars because they have good food and the girl at the counter seemed like she was doing all of the work. I wouldn't bring kids here as there were like 5 teenagers hiding in the back talking loudly and swearing. So keep in mind theyweren't really professional at all. Sadly this is probably going to become the norm because kids my age (16-22) are lazynowadays and don't want to do anything.

The cashier Jessica didn't understand what I wanted to do, but She got us on the same page!! The wait time is to be expected. The food was delicious. Not all Paneras have hot food. My soup was hot enough to last the trip back to My hotel in S.Portland!

Very friendly staff. For 8.99 per month, you will get every 2 hours of coffee or tea. The coffee is very good and a lot of tea choice to choose. The restaurant is always very clean. Excellent customer service.

Manager (Steve) was very friendly and was more than willing to fix my order.

Update: I returned and tried a cinnamon crunch bagel, but the first three bites tasted like garlic. A word of advice: don’t cook sweet and savory bagels on the same pan. I'm deducting a star for that.
