Blaze Brewing Company - Biddeford

This little hidden jewel in Biddeford was a great find. Nice tap list of tasty fresh made brews. They do have a good size seating area both downstairs and outside. They have a delicious menu with a stone fire pizza oven. The staff was absolutely amazing.

Ventured here at the recommendation of a friend. While its a bit off the main drag, parking was easy. As soon as you opened the door, the aroma of smoked meat hits you, letting you know ?this is going to be good!? The staff was awesome and the menu was great. They had slight twists on traditional meals, close enough that it honored original intent, but different enough that you wanted to taste their entire menu. I?ll be back! :

We went to lunch this past weekend, great ribs and sides. Nice brick mill location. 2 suggestions open windows more to provide view and airflow, second is to cut back outside overgrowth along fence to increase view of river from seating area. Also could think about changing fence to allow for better visibility of your great location along the river. All in all, great experience, we will be back!

Bring back the meatloaf ribs and baked beans, that stuff is easy to make ahead and reheat. I have faith you will find the staff needed to bring Blaze back to its former glory. Precook the loaf ribs and and beans and warm them in the pizza oven to order!!!!! Boom done

This location is ideal to see the falls but the personality of the staff and the food are lacking. Never had such dry, overcooked tacos in my life! When we asked for sauce the only had hot sauce. They said the steak was marinated-with what? Sawdust? Terrible!!! And I'll eat almost anything! Go for the beer and the view.
