Namgyal Cafe - Bhagsu

The restaurant serves the worst pizza in the world and they show no concern. I would not recommend visiting them at all, as they do not uphold any standards.

Just like previous reviews, the pizza was amazing with a juicy filling and a crispy crust. The Thenthuk was also delicious but the momos were not the best. However, they were large, filling, and a good value for the money. The coffee was of good quality. I found the service to be quick, which was a pleasant surprise compared to other reviews. This may be because we were only the second guests in the cafe. Overall, the pizza, coffee, and Thenthuk were all enjoyable.

The pizzas and dumplings at this restaurant are absolutely amazing. I have visited McLeod Gunj/Dharamshala every time I have been in town. The chef has been working there for over 25 years. It may sound funny, but I believe they make better pizzas than some of the top pizza places in Europe. You must try it, or you will regret missing out.

We went expecting a good experience. Placed an order for 2 plates of Veg momos. Waited for 50 minutes. When we still did not get our food, we left. And the restaurant was not even full ! They did not even ask us to stop. Terrible!!!!

Operated mostly by the Namgyal monastery of HH Dalai Lama. Close to the monastery opp multi storied parking. Decent menu at reasonable price. Good location. Clean.
