Waited 25 minutes more for my online order after the 20 minute order time. It wasn't that you were busy. I saw many sandwiches come and go while I waited. You just forgot to make the Italian hoagie! The bag was just sitting there. Then when I asked about it you just acted as if,.. Oh we just need to make this. No as apology, just pretending it was coming. I don't get upset at service industry, it's hard, but don't pretend that you didn't mess up. At least own it and apologize!

Ordered a #4 provolone, prosciuttini, and cappacuolo. All I got was ham.Food: 2/5

The man who took my order was yelling out orders to the other staff. There were way too many employees there standing around talking. My table was dirty with crumbs wet from previous customers' drinks. Philly cheese steak was bland just ok. For the first time in my life, I was asked if I wanted lettuce tomatoes on my Philly. And for lunch it was expensive! I have no reason to go back.

Went for the first time today, great customer service, friendly, clean, and everything sliced fresh as you order. No complaints, will definitely be returning.Vegetarian options: 2 choices of veg options
