KFC - Berwick

Ordered chicken box with half a bread roll. When Confronted the answer was that was the peak time and ran out of bread.... and to come and pick up a bun tomorrow. What an insult....

Yesterday afternoon, I dined at the restaurant with my friend Elise. I ordered the Double Tender Burger without lettuce, while Elise opted for the Original Fillet Burger. We also shared a serving of chips. The staff were incredibly friendly and the service was prompt.

Asked for my order to be placed in a paper bag (to absorb some of the fat was reluctant to do as I asked ! Meal quality has really become poor !

In-store service poor and drive thru service is ok but don't count on getting napkins through the drive thru. Not bad for deep fried chicken bones!! With the prices you pay at KFC you expect better quality food and at least good service. Don't be to surprised if they simply throw back into the fryer an item that has been given back by a customer. Seen it happen once in-store! A visit from a health inspector would do wonders at this establishment and others in the area.

We usually order online and pick up through the drive though. Each time we pick up the order, items like either the sauce, the chips, the drink, something is missing and when we try to call, they never answer the phone! Terrible service! This is is the last time I am buying from this place!
