Crave Subs - Berkeley

Have the vegan shaggy with all free Veggie add-ons. very annoying that their online order requires that they register for an account; they should fall. to the luck they have a kiosk to put a job in the load. the sharpener was delicious. I look forward to working through the vegan menu. a thing that I noticed was that the sandwich was roughly asymmetrically cut, so if it was a half sandwich deposit that they roll the cube on portion size.

Disappointed to arrive at 2:30 to see sign saying closed until 4pm. (There were diners eating inside though) Staff ignored us (and folks behind us) until I approached the counter asking about ordering online. Said no, kitchen completely closed. Said we could get something from the market, but not much on offer Should have heeded the warning to call in another review.

They have a huge selection of vegan sandwiches and most choices of bread/buns are vegan. The sandwiches are big so we had planned to only eat half but they were so good we couldn’t stop until they were gone. And friendly staff.

I had the vegan buffalo chicken sandwich on sourdough and it was so good! They also placed pesto in it. I had it delivered and it was super quick

Vegan shaggy is my favorite, it is somehow small sometimes tho
