Ajanta - Berkeley

Great place, great food, great service! Very recommended! Visit for a Valentine's Day dinner.

Eating here is good. My husband's lamb Tandoori came on a record. I had the lamb biryani and it was good. We come back or order from takeout menu.

We haven't been to Ajanta since the pandemic. I'm so glad they're still in business. The food is delicious, beautiful presentation and... just wonderful! We recommend the garlic naan bread! Thank you.

Young waiters very pleasant and welcoming. Quiet, what my preference is. Eat excellent but small portions.

My grandchildren picked Ajanta as their restaurant of choice (ages 18 and 16). We encouraged them to try the chef’s sampler. Needless to say, they ate everything and were delighted with the food. They are the next generation of happy customers!
