We chose to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary at this establishment. We had pre-booked a table and I would like to mention our waiter Ilya: thanks to his friendliness and kindness, I would love to come back again. We ordered Mediterranean oyster Roquefort, filet mignon, Israeli potatoes, veal tartare, duck leg Confit, and a plate of delicacies, all of which were very tasty. It was nice that there was a place to walk around while waiting for our order. Despite the restaurant being busy, it was quiet and cozy. Overall, we were impressed with the service and location, giving it a 5-star rating. The highlights of the hotel were its luxury, great view, romantic atmosphere, and peacefulness.

An incredibly beautiful place, all the dishes are tasty and good, a great atmosphere and special thanks for the service, the waiters always work at the highest level. One of the favorite places in Ukraine.

I wonder who writes positive reviews about the Chizai restaurant. Thanks to these false reviews, I got here too. She decided to celebrate her anniversary here with her family. The day before, we looked at the menu on the restaurant's page, chose the dishes that we will taste. However, it turned out that these dishes are not available. No turkey, no veal, no salads... And the children's menu existed only on paper. Apparently, it was necessary to leave immediately, but it was a shame to spoil the festive evening, so we stayed. We ordered what was available. When we tasted it a new disappointment, not a single hint of the promised high cuisine... Rather, there is a hint, but there is no cuisine. For some reason, my grandson didn't even get the white ball that was given to the children... That's how they ruined my mood for my anniversary. I am very disappointed with this establishment and outraged by the false positive reviews about it. I advise everyone to bypass this widely advertised restaurant on the tenth road.

Terrible impression! I haven't felt such disappointment from a restaurant in a long time. The owners advertised the restaurant widely, and the kitchen was completely ignored. Most of the dishes on the menu were not available. We ran out of turkey, veal, and even salads were not available. We ordered what was available (salmon with rice and pineapple). How it was possible to spoil fish, rice and pineapple is simply a mystery. Ordered French fries for the child which is hard to spoil! made not crispy, but dried (as if boiled) tuber... And this eatery is advertised as a haute cuisine restaurant! People, avoid this establishment! Do not be fooled by advertising! It's just a shame for my beloved Transcarpathia! Service: 4 Location: 5
