Mike's Grille - Berea

On arrival felt unwelcomed and disrespected from a short haired waitress. No eye contact and nothing but anger so we ordered to go. Still tipped above but threw my sons food out because of the disrespect.

Perfect location for airport before leaving or upon return. -with excellent portion size and great taste

Food was great. It was extremely busy so a little more staff might have improved speed of service. Otherwise great.

I've have had a nice time here in the past. This particular evening, it was busy, but I'm not sure that was the main issue Our server really didn't seem to care. She took our drink order along with the table next to us. She took our food order along with the table next to us. We overheard their food arrived very wrong. In the in between, we couldn't get any fresh drinks. Then our food arrived wrong and slightly uncooked. Again, she was in and out of the room, having conversations with several people, not seeming rushed. We are very sympathetic to rushed servers. Sometimes they are overwhelmed and it is not their fault. She didn't give a s Bad service and half-cooked fries This is super disappointing because I wanted to come here in the summer and sit on the back patio. Oh well

Traveling through town and found Mike’s outdoor patio bar. A broad selection of local craft beer on draft and in cans. Tried the Chicken Tinga Tacos, very good. Donya and the bar staff were friendly and attentive. Overall good food, cold beer, and friendly atmosphere.
