Buffalo Wild Wings - Bentonville

Ordered food and when I got home, my food was wrong. Called and spoke to manager, wish I had got his name, and he will not make it right. It has an item on it that I’m allergic to and it’s too bad. Thank you for your $40 tonight is basically what I got.

Overly salty dishes. We hadn't seen a server when the booth seated after us had gotten their food.

UPDATE: This restaurant has gone from bad to worse. They are always out of carrots and celery but this time they were OUT OF FRIES!! and out of LETTUCE

A good lunch. Fresh food, great employees. Needs some updating on the inside, it has an old look about it.

We love wings especially BWW. This is the worst BWW location according to my experience. It’s dirty, smelly, demotivated or uninterested staff who won’t even notice who is waiting for how long (whether dine-in or take out). This weekend we picked up our order of 50 wings, 1 large potato wedges and 1 large onion rings. The wings were completely dry, devoid of any flavor. There were 10 tiny rings in the large onion rings basket. We got only 1 ranch for 50 wings (many of which were just broken tiny ones). The place was so much better a few years back and is going downhill fast. We prefer the sprindale location to this one but it’s far away from where we live. Would really love this place to have a change of ownership or attitude.
