Menchie’s Frozen Yogurt- Bakersfield

Just left because the cake batter was runny. I told the girl that I didn’t want to pay for that but I would gladly buy two yogurts in a different flavor. She insisted that I had to pay for it so I walked out. Also the 2nd time I went I was waaay overcharged.

Terrible customer service. The owner 's teenage daughter (who works there) came up to me and my husband and asked us to leave while we were still eating because she wants to get home on time. We were asked to leave before the posted closing time. The daughter called her mother and the mother drove to the store, stormed in, and hysterically yelled at me and my husband. Very unprofessional. Horrible way to run a business.

I really like the place it's small quaint and family oriented and they have flavors for all ages. I being more on the mature side love the toasted coconut with vanilla and cheese cake bites

I’ve been to a lot of froyo places, but this is my favorite so far! Flavors are on point and there are so many toppings! They have sugar free and dairy free if that’s your thing. Would definitely come back all the time if I lived nearby
