Subway - BENTON CITY

The service is awful. I waited fifteen minutes while this individual talked to someone and and did his clean up chores Instead of starting my Sandwich. I finally walked out.

This is by far one of the worst subway locations I have ever been too.I’ve come here several times, and anytime I do my food is always wrong, by the way, there is a thing such as too much pepper, my food was literally uneatable as a result, the cheese on my other sandwich was mixed with the cheese I asked for, with no sauce, and then loaded with pepper, I mean loaded, it was absolutely disgusting, my other sandwich was a veggie, also had pepper, that one is the one I just threw away, literally so much pepper on it that it cannot be eaten, I don’t know who made my order, but it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had here yet, I also got a salad for my friend, and there was no lettuce, and about 50 red onions in it, 5 pieces of chicken, and huge, full, strips of bacon, she couldn’t even eat it, and it made her sick because it had too many onions in it. Please learn how to make food, or don’t work here, period. This is absolutely unacceptable, when I throw over have 2/3 of my items away, there’s a problem.The only sandwich I could stand was the one that had only one thing on it, and 2 kinds of cheese one of which, I didn’t ask for. I feel forced to come here because there are no other quick or convenient options in town, and it’s always a complete disappointment. Really, really not happy with my most recent visit.

The RUDEST service ever tonight! I was actually quite disappointed because I love this subway. But I will not go back when the young kid is working with brown curly hair. So rude to me as soon as I walked in the door 20 mins to closing to order 1/2 a sandwich for my daughter since our power went out in the middle of me cooking dinner and instead of waiting it out I decided to grab my child a sandwich- trust me I didn 't really want to drive anywhere for food. First thing he said when I walked in the door was 'I don 't think I 'll have time to make your sandwich ' remind you he had 20 MINUTES TIL HE HAD TO CLOSE. I literally ordered the sandwich, he made it and cashed me out in less than 6 minutes, but yet had the audacity to not only make that comment but be rude about it at the same time. And might I add that the last time I came in when he was working he NEVER has a hair net nor his hair back and there was literally a hair in my sandwich and I had to throw it away. I never made a comment because I felt the kid deserved a chance but after this rude ass encounter tonight that set me over the edge. Let 's just say if I walk in and I see he 's working I will turn right around and take my money elsewhere.

Foods always wrong, usually never any cheese on my sandwich, and the soda machine is always out of over half of the options, so kind of pointless to get a meal, if you take anything from this please refill your soda machine it's super frustrating and detouring.
