35 min wait! On line order but waited 35 mins for it AFTER waiting in the drive thru because no one was allowed to go in for orders.

Never disappointed at the Mcgees Crossroads location customer service is always on

4/14/24 Couldn't say how the food was because I never got it. Waited 30 min after I placed the order. Had to ask for my money back. Several others also waited. People were walking in from drive through with messed up orders. Not well run at all. Was a mess

This location needs to be shut down. 30 minutes for a crunch wrap is crazy. I gave this location one more try, but honestly shouldn't have. If you're reading this, save yourself the trouble and go across the street to Bojangles or go to the next exit and get Taco Bell there. You'll thank me

I had no problem with the young lady taking our order. Food was out pretty fast, and what we ordered was correct and tasted very good. I had the 3 hard shell tacos, and my husband had the KFC 3 (or 4 piece) chicken tender meal, and he commented that the tenders were very tasty. I go here not too often, but enough to say, I 've never had a problem here except having to wait a long time once in a while. But that happens, so it is really no big deal.Parking: There are many available parking spaces. Only 2 handicap spaces. There used to be 3, if I 'm not mistaken, but since Covid, it 's now reserved for to go orders.
