We had a great experience at Jordana's.The food was good and was delivered in a timely fashion. I always judge the cleanliness of a restaurant by the state of their bathrooms and theirs were exceptionally clean!

We ordered food from here to pick up. A Stromboli, a salad and a ravioli court for our child. We have the food at home, and the salad lacks the dressing and instead of ravioli we get caught ravioli. My son can't eat it. I called there to let them know, and the girl who answered the phone was extremely rude and could take care of less. I'm the middle of me who told her that she put me in the grip without telling me that she did this when she finally came back to the phone what she has to say. I'm sorry. In addition, the food was lukewarm. Normally I would forgive the temperature of the food, especially because we have taken up, but we will not go back there alone on the basis of the lack of customer service.

In this restaurant at the hotel's advice and was extremely disappointed. One party was before me and I had to wait 10 minutes to be recognized by no one. Kicker is, there were only two tables in place that actually sit at the time and we were still ignored. After I was sitting, I had to ask someone to take over my order. This is understandable when a place is busy, but they were only set four tables at this point. Ridiculous! The waitress took my order and never came back with a drink. I had to fly another waitress to really get a drink. The waitress gave me things over the wall. Too lazy, even to go to the table. Ha ha. Obviously, the service is a chronic problem in this place. I could hear that the manager stole one of the employees who didn't show up for work. He did this before the whole restaurant. The food was average. Frozen mozzarella sticks and Bland spaghetti. You'd think that would be a specialty in a Italian restaurant. Apparently not! The decor is drab and dingy. Food and garbage all over the ground in the section where I was. No place I would ever visit or recommend.

This was our first time visiting Jordana?s, and it was simply amazing! Staff was great! Very friendly, helpful, super nice! Our waitress even gave us a menu to take with us and a magnet with their phone number! The food was amazing! We got garlic knots, mozzarella sticks, pizza fries, and the biggest BEST pizza I?ve ever seen or had! The marinara sauce was was awesome, and they?re freshly made ranch was the bomb! We are new to the area, and have found our family?s new pizza place! Can?t wait to go back and try more off their menu! Thank you, Jordana?s, we will be seeing you again soon!!!
