Bidrage med feedbackThe terrible restaurant I've been there before. I visited italliani’s in guadalajara a couple times and it was pretty good. That was terrible. I asked a drink without ice, it comes with ice. While I paid the waiter, I asked myself if I wanted to type. I said yes and waited for him to hand me the card PoS machine to add the tip, but to my surprise he had it himself, very unprofessional.
I can't visit Mexico City without stopping at an italianni. safe, his chain restaurant and Italian! but. eating and service are absolutely top notch. the price is correct. my favourite dish is the chicken piccata. with three of us eating, we ordered the...“abondanza” or family style, which should feed three to five people. we always end it. the chicken melts in her mouth, and the aromen are bright and deep. I think every family that visits mexico city should stop in a filiale by italianni for a delicious meal.
As many Italians in mexiko have a problem to adhere to the original taste that drove too much of it. the rest in the average. for 1300 pesos the ground courts for 2, for mexiko, it is overpriced. the service is invaded in a time and discouraged. I will not return.
I'm sorry to say that, but we had the worst experience at all! no one was in the entrance, so we had to wait until someone noticed us. our table was dirty. the waiter was sintered. He came three times to ask... if we already knew what to have in three minutes. he took our job and went to speak with another waiter so that our eating ages. I asked for a carpaccio who was terrible. we left without ending our eating because we didn't like it. we will never go back!
Fui con mi esposo. Eran las 12 y preguntamos si aun tenían desayunos y dijeron que sí. No habia mucha gente. No tenían jugos y cuando pedimos pan tampoco tenían y les.dijimos que nos hubieran dicho eso. Pedimos lo que había pero mientras tomábamos los alimentos una mesera gordita se atrevió a parodiarnos junto con dos de sus compañeros. Se sentó en una mesa y peďía un desayuno, hablaba fuerte y pedía ver al gerente porque no le servían su desayuno. Rieron mucho. Pero nosotros no queriamos discutir y continuamos comiendo. Solo pagamos y nos fuimos, no tiene ningún sentido discutir con personas sin sentido de atencion al cliente. Ojalá que los dueños puedan darse cuenta y cambiar a ese.personal que los deja muy mal y aleja a sus clientes.
