Twice a year Woodknot travels down from Portland and plays a gig here, at the M&J, the best dive bar in Bend. Great music to get your booty out and boogie. Mike and CJ always take great care of me, rarely ask me a second time what I'm drinking because they remember. Prices are fair. No cover. I'll be back.

I wasn't sure, but my first visit was Tuesday night for listening to great music and had a delish hot dog smothered in chili! Yummy. CJ was a delightful barkeep. She made a terrific Smith Kerns!
