Jersey Mike's Subs - Bend

So been goin here for quite awhile now and there are a couple of male employees that have top of the line service...but, the new(er) faces popping up now and the short blonde woman who has been there awhile....lets just say ZERO customer service, neveronce a smile and honestly have seen the woman be rather rude to many customers. So I don't make this a novel I'll just finish upby saying, the last time I was in I asked for light juice and my bun was soaked in this juice...literally. Service wasextremely slow, amd not a single one of them ever had a smile or much communication at all. Everyone that was there that daylooked like they hated life and wanted nothing to do with being there(given 3 of them looked like they were still osHighSchool). Honestly after the last week or 2 of service or lack there of im close to moving on. P.S. Ryan i believe his nameis, has not been there in the last week or 2 when ive been in soooo maybe thats part of the issue as i believe he is a greatmanager amd customer service employee

I have been going to this location for probably the past year. Ryan, the manager knows me by name and most of his team already know my order when I walk in the door. The place is clean and organized, friendly staff, and they are always going out of theirway to ensure I?ve had a great visit. I?ve worked in corporate America for two decades. The quality and respect of theleadership top down will surface lower in the supporting team through the service, end product, and experience. This crew getsan A+ in my opinion, and it?s evident Ryan instills goals, guidelines, and respect within his team. Thanks Ryan and the rest ofthe team!

Jersey Mike's is my favorite quick sub shop and this location never disappointed! I'm not normally one to review fast food type locations, but having lived next door I was there CONSTANTLY.

Fast service, fresh ingredients, fantastic staff. As a long standing Jersey Mike's fan, this is the gold standard and I haven't seen better in the obscene amount of sandwiches I've eaten from this franchise. The manager, I believe Ryan (curly hair) is bothextremely amiable and in addition, as someone who's a lifelong chef, absolutely nails the sandwich constructionprocess. Writing it out like this feels a little ridiculous, but these guys need their dues. Will return!
