Applebee's Neighborhood Grill - Belton

I literally just made an account to post this. I wasn't going to because the HR lady for Applebees said they'd call me with further details and haven't for 3 weeks, my community needs to know how terrible this place is , not Applebees but this location definitely.

We waited over 10 minutes without seeing a host, while they were not busy. We got sat and didn't see a single server for another 20 minutes. They had a total of 3 other tables in the restaurant and 2 servers.

Workers standing by bar talking. Food took 40 minutes. My salad had very little lettuce. Not sure it was a salad. My girls ordered the same item and their plates looked totally different. We had no silverware. Had to wait 5 minutes to see someone to ask. If I rated this chain off this location I would never return.

Nasty smells very bad bar is dirty just wrong in every level of clean and what to expect from an establishment like this. Nothing is wiped down the draft beer doesn't taste right something is leaking out on the floor from the bar and instead of fixing it or even moping it up they just put out a sign and go on. So the sign in this place should be closed for health concerns.

I really wouldn't eat here for any type of event or just a Have a nice family dinner but . I have ordered the Applebees ribblets the barbecue sauce really didn't taste like barbecue it just tasted like hot sauce . Our drinks were fine but one of my family members had order a vodka drink she said that there was no alcohol in the drink she could only taste strawberry lemonade from the drink. The restaurant smell like old people , menus smelled like a dead body , and food had us waiting like around 11:00 but we came there around 7:00 , my ribblets had not resembled the pictured it showed also it was Flat like paper fries were cold coleslaw really didn't even have the taste or look when you order coleslaw, plating really was unprofessional for a cook , we had to deal with a woman yelling about I CAN GET SOME KETCHUP she interrupted us while we ordered boneless wings barely was a WING i would never go here again I rather eat at chipotle in belton which is busy 247.
