Bojangles - Belmont

The past three times I’ve come here I've had the worst experience the food is always hard never fresh. I will be taking my business elsewhere. The GM needs to step up his A game!

Stop by there today around 4:00. I wanted to get dinner for the family. I was told a 25 minute wait on chicken. Really? You're a chicken restaurant. Drove to KFC. No problem. Got a bucket of extra crispy and sides.

Second time in six weeks i have went to the drive thru on Sunday morning and puw was not open til 8am. However went inside and ordered at front and kiosk and food and service was good.

Used to eat here often, nothing is ever good. Biscuits are always burnt, old, and nasty, chicken supremes are never right, either small and old or they don’t put the right amount in the box. The person working the window is always rude, especially the blonde girl.

We ordered through the Bojangles App, first time ever, the food was ready on time and delicious!
