La Terrazza Cucina Rustica - BELMAR

Go to the view. the food was average. pasta boiled and pizza underlined. all the other reviews about personal say is in front of location. the waitress was nice, but the food delivery was from table to table unratish. had to ask for water several times, but no problem getting refills on drinks we paid.

With a big group. our table was ready as soon as we arrived. services were excellent and everything we ordered was delicious. will definitely be back.

Food=OK. Service=Horrible. a bad waiting staff can pamper a good meal. la terrazza has great potential, sea view, good pizza and a cheap Italian menu. service is terrible, perhaps it was the waitress who cared for our table, and the same waitress took care of two adjacent tables, both with similarly bad service. from their description of a very specific Italian sauce: it is a kind of tomato sauce to explain why our appetizers arrived at the same time as our escape: we are quite busy tonight, we knew we were too bad to start. we never got broth (the other tables seemed to get that at least), and we saw much confusion as tables were cleaned to wait the line of the diners who tried to come in. eating was good, so the kitchen was a good evaluation, the aubergine steeple was as good as anyone I had before. it must be an organization of the service in laterrazza. it seemed that there was one responsible, because the contemplative demanded to speak to him. I saw our waiter cleaning tables, refill water and prepare broth baskets for the tables (not our unfortunately). more attentiveness to the commands that have been served, it can have redeemed, and our dinner. our waitress has composed our dessert elements, she knew she had failed. I would normally tell her that it was not necessary, but I liked to accept after our food disaster.

We have always loved this restaurant but won't be back any time soon. Our entrees were brought out before our apps and had to be returned and had to wait very long for the app. We had to ask for the bread halfway through meal bc they forgot it. Wait staff was inattentive to our needs and our expectation was they would have made up for mishaps by comping one of our drinks. Needless to say there was no recognition for all that went wrong. Service is just important as the food!

Food was good. It was raining so we couldn 't sit on terrace and overlook ocean. Inside was hot and humid as it is an open air restaurant. Food was good Italian.
