Great place we attended a wedding there and it was a superb experience. The food ,service and stuff were second to none

I would just like to hopefully deter people from spending money at this country club. I have a cousin who booked her wedding at this country club, but her husband was sick with cancer and sadly did not beat it. You would think any decent human being would assume a wedding venue would give back her deposit, but inhumane enough- management was completely unsympathetic . They offered her barely anything back. I a really was heart broken and disgusted by this story and establishment. Hopefully with the spread of this review we can keep my cousin Nicole in mind, when booking them. Sometimes people stand up for principals and hopefully this will be one. :

I've attended a few events at Bellport Country Club, the attention to detail is what I love the most, they don't just put their insanely delicious food onto a platter and serve it they decorate it and present it beautifully, whether it be an hors d'oeuvres or the entire buffet. I have attended a party at Bellport Country Club for 200+ people, Bellport Fire Dept. installation dinner, as well as a small 40 person baby shower. The service, the elegance and the food was the same. No complaints, everything was wonderful

Went for Easter brunch and it was fabulous! We were a large party of 18, and they put us at two large tables in a private room. This was great since we could Nigel without disturbing other tables. The food was delicious and our waitress Sarah was extremely attentive

Just had my daughters wedding on 12/11/21at the Bellport Country Club /In short it was an amazing evening thanks to Robert Michael Taylor Meja and the rest of Bellports first class staff. Everything that was promised to us 2 years ago(the wedding was twice postponed by Covid) was delivered as promised. The venue was beautifully decorated for Christmas. The cocktail hour was great we added a shrimp and clam bar everything was super fresh. The staff was always present constantly moving around with appetizers and refreshing items that were running low! We were very fortunate to have Taylor as our Maitre D and her assistant Meja who were an awesome pair always asking if we needed refills on drinks or any assistance. They were around from the start of the wedding around 4ish till we left at 11;30pm. Compliments to Bellport CC for not only these two but the entire waitstaff which were outstanding. Dinner was EXCELLENT!! We had 5 6!entrees to choice from Montauk Swordfish(freshly delivered that day) Chateaubriand Rack of Lamb a chicken dish and Vegetarian dish think Duck also The Swordfish nay have been the best I 've ever had just phenomenal! Basically everyone at my table had different dish 's all were great and the servers will come around and offer seconds in case you want to try something different! I tried the chateaubriand it was as delicious!! I didn 't use a knife that 's how tender it was. 2 days later I 'm still getting emails calls and texts saying how great the service and food were at the Bellport Country Club. A word or two about the Sales Managers, Robert and Michael.... Hvg gone to other venues before visiting BCC we met with quite a few Catering Reps some you knew right away you couldn 't trust/ some couldn 't care less if you booked with them or not and some offered no alternatives with your choices just tried to upsale. Both these guys were gentlemen no pressure sales pitch they offered suggestions what would work with your budget and gave some extra enticements !to help the wedding become even better. We met with both many times and to show how classy they and Bellport CC are the reception was canceled twice due to Covid..Finally 2 years later we were able to proceed...they honored the rate we agreed on prior to the start of the pandemic !!! Even with prices that have risen due to inflation! That 's a classy operation! Trust me before you sign a contract with any other caterer you owe it to yourself to stop by the Bellport Country Club ask for Robert or Michael you will be glad you did!
