Ihop - Bellmead

Order online and it took 30 minutes to get it. that was cold when I finally got it. the waitress for friends was very rude and unorganized. it took longer than getting our ticket, and they added the dinge to the ticket that mixes so it should have more than it should. Finally it was repaired, but taken forever. would not recommend.

We ordered a cheese crusted 4 cheese melt. The outside was crusty but the inside cheese was completely unrelated and cold. We asked for it to be melted. They had attitude. It was microwaved and returned...half melted(picture). The salad greens were brown, silverware was dirty and attitude after we asked for our food to be cooked was hostile. This used to be our favorite once a week place to eat.

It's was ok. Kitchen service a little slow. Waiter was great. Food was ok. Looked as if short staffed as a lot of places today. We will go back. Not that bad.

We went in with a group of 20. Because there were that many of us the service was a little slow. The food was good I had the Colorado Omelette and have no complaints.

Great service and great food ... after we ordered the food arrived within a few min! Very satisfied!
