I Love Sushi On Lake Bellevue

We had lunch sushi bento. The fish is really fresh. I love their tempura. I would definitely go back again for the lunch menu. Reservation is highly recommended. They were still crowded on Sunday at 1 PM.

Had excellent and attentive service, however the sushi was extremely mediocre. Too much rice on their nigiri, the rice was too sticky and thick on the rolls. Their rolls were comparable to grocery store sushi.We ordered chicken karagge and it was obvious that they don’t use fresh oil off the colour of the fried chicken. No aioli or sauce to go with the chicken. They cut one of the pieces into two to make sure that it had been cooked? It was quite possibly the worst chicken karagge I’ve had.Overall, it was a disappointing experience made slightly better by the great service we received by our attentive server.

Sashimi is very fresh,but there aren't many types of fish.I hope there can be more options for grilled selections.

The food here is AMAZING, seriously, the best sushi I’ve ever had here in the Seattle area. However, the decor could use an update to match the quality of the food.

Had lunch with friend there yesterday. The environment of the restaurant was good. We ordered the Platinum Half Size Platter. When the plate arrived, I could tell the fish was not fresh enough. They tasted ok but the quality definitely did not match the price. I had dinner at the same restaurant in Nashville and it was amazing which was why I wanted to try it here, however, it turned out to be disappointing. I wish they could serve fresher and better quality fish just as the Nashville restaurant does.
