Reid's Dairy - Belleville

Our family was disappointed during our visit to Belleville... we tried the ice cream and milkshakes, both of which were excellent.

My family of four visited this restaurant and only one of us enjoyed our meal. The food was just okay, with Baskin Robbins ice cream tasting much better. While they do offer a variety of options, they didn't have enough choices for us. Personally, I preferred the cookies and cream flavor. I also tried the soft serve ice cream and found it to be better than the hard ice cream. We also tried the chocolate milk cartons, which were delicious and reasonably priced. However, the staff were rude in directing customers to move to the side when entering the restaurant. Despite this annoyance, I was still able to find what I was looking for in the retail section. Overall, they also sell other items such as ice, bread, butter, frozen foods, and perogies.

The restaurant closed just as we were finishing our meal! The ice cream was excellent. The kids loved the cheesecake and my husband enjoyed the salted caramel dessert. The prices are great for the quality of food you receive. The staff was very friendly. They even have a small playground area. We didn't try it out as it was getting late, but it looked very nice.

Yesterday I made a cake order and paid. Today I went half an hour before they close when the cashier said I should pay again because she has no proof of my payment. I told her I paid. I paid with my cc yesterday, and I called my wife in front of her and she told me the reception number. the casser said, however, that there is no copy of my at the beginning bound to my order form. I was forced to walk back to the reception of my residence and haste before they show my evidence near. I told them that they are careless and it is not my fault to prove something they can't or they don't know how they follow it on the system. the maid was so rude that she puts the cake on the counter without it being apologised. I crossed the door and my wife was on the car and saw workers laughing with the cash box while she showed them the order paper. a big man came and the cashier went with him and I left the parking lot. I wish the company has a camera to see what happened. for me this will be the last time I visit this and I will really advise everyone I can't go there as much as I can

Best ice cream ever. Mask is a must, with control over the number of people that enter this dairy. The ice cream is out of this world with a multitude of favors to choose from among many options such as milk shakes and take...away ice cream in various sizes. No seating available inside. The building itself is a sight to see....one of a Castle
