Aya Sushi - Bellaire

The omakase was ok, nothing special and none of the fish really stood out. we did the regular omakase and actually ordered more during dinner, the server really concentrated more on alcohol tasting instead of the fish itself. I had Omakase dinner from other restaurants and that was just under standard. I would say, stand clear from the omakase and order on their own. they become fuller and eating will come in a better pace.

Everything around is great. celes is a great service and very knowledgeable with directed and recommended for a top notch experience. eating is amazing and the chef brings a lot of love to the prep work

The premium anomocese is overrated and over the price for the value. we sat at 18:30 and finished our meal not until 9:30. it's the longest 15 course-omakase I've ever experienced. online mentioned it from a 23 course that was not correct. maybe it was a 23 cursor, but last night was disappointing. the fish quality was great, but the proportion was super small. the bartender was super knowledgeable and beautiful!

We were celebrating my birthday. When I made the reservations, I thought I had booked the “experience”, but upon arrival we realized that’s not what we booked. The staff was amazing and allowed us to proceed with the experience. It was phenomenal! Pieces we would have not ordinarily ordered or thought to try. Everything was explained so well and the presentation was beautiful! Our waiter was the best and went above and beyond! It was a wonderful experience and we will most definitely be back!
