I simply wanted to order a few burgers and fries, but after waiting for 10 minutes, I was still ignored. The dining area was empty, and there was no one around. A month ago, they were also quite rude to my father, who doesn't speak much. Overall, my experiences here have been very frustrating.

Additionally, be cautious about their cleanliness practices; they seem to have no understanding of what customer satisfaction means.
