Elaine's - Beijing

The restaurant is quite far from the city center, but if you find yourself in shunyi, then you must stop from elaine’s. eating is delicious, my children love the sausage and squirting black pfeffer steaks. the spicy chicken and flaming tofu are delicious. the personal is attentive and the owner elaine is very friendly and speaks English. it is a beautiful environment, in an in-house with a beautiful decorated garden, view of the lake and an outdoor trampoline as well as an indoor playroom for children. it has become the favorite restaurant of our family.

Elaine is a pretty rustic lakeside restaurant, now it has been completely renovated and with a new upscale menu (usually vegan, ei and milk in ingredients.) it has an amazing outdoor terrace with a comfortable and domestic interieur. eating has a series of healthy traditional Asian dresses plus more western style junk food, everyone will be happy and satisfied! they love to use mock meat, but also have more whole food options. my favorites were the mushrooms, shorts, Japanese tofu and sweet potato mango cake. a certain must go when you're in peking.

The last week visited elaine. the restaurant is located next to a small lake, with beautiful view, although a bit out of the way. the price is somewhat more expensive than the usual vegetarian restaurant, but the food content is great, which justifies the expensive price. the waitress is thrilled to give advice, but faces lack of labor when the weekend midday is arriving. we found, however, cheese and milk products in several dresses. vegan plan view! they can only be considered a vegan friendly restaurant.

I just finished the ducks, the fish that blows and the green beans. yes, the “meat” dishes are vegan. in their extensive menu there are only one or two dishes containing milk. the rest is vegan and really good. very nice restaurant and cool location near a lake! I was alone, and that food came out quickly. one of the ladies there scan speak some English and everyone was really nice! taxi to the airport was about 48yuan
