El Tapatio Meat Market - Bedford

DO NOT BUY MEAT from here is brown and has a biter taste. Unless you want bad bacteria in your stomach. And they won’t return your money.

Everytime i have a cook out I come here, meat is very tender also the way they marinate changes the whole experience of taste.... if you dont want to cook out they also sell meat by the pound already cooked...BARBACOA, FAJITA,PASTOR,CARNITAS

Man the prepared food section is just a home run, fajitas and barbacoa are excellent, a little crowded on weekends

Another typical Mexican store but with pretty tasty food.The good:I've tasted many things in their food counter and it is all pretty good. The stars for me are the lengua (tounge), buche (stomach), carnitas (can be different parts of pork).I also ordered some Menudo that was overall pretty good. In the picture you can see that the meat was cleaned and the broth shows that they skimmed some of the excess grease off, yay. It wasn't perfect but definitely better smelling and tasting than other Menudos in the area. However far from the best I've ever tasted.The store attendants also seem nicer now than before.The bad:This is a bad that plagues many of the smaller establishments, maintenance. Maybe it is a budgeting thing, maybe there just isn't enough profit or . The place looks a little run down, if they would budget for improvements I think this store could definitely become a good big franchise. Things like maintaining the parking lot, restrooms, counters etc.Overall though it is one of the best places in H.E.B.

We wear if you're white and you co-workers are Mexican winning there for lunch food was good but then was accused of stealing when I left. My boss paid for my meal did he actually does though I was still in the middle when I left before him. I thought they were going to call the cops on me why is outside smoking.
