Texas Roadhouse - Beckley

My family had dinner here last night and it was absolutely wonderful!!! Our server Jackie was excellent from the beginning to the end. Honestly, I didn't have so much service in years and was really impressed with her. I also let them know that, but the feeling it is important to let management know what they have in it. Our food was great!!! I had a little problem with a boiled steak and she noticed as soon as I broke it, I didn't even have to say a word and she got it replaced immediately. When I got another, it was perfectly cooked and was so delicate. My expectations have been exceeded, and we will be absolutely more often back and highly recommended. The food was delicious, even though we wait a long time for a table and food both. The staff was very entertaining and amazed!

Simply put .. Amazing!!!! How does this work work... Date with my sweet man they bring his side of chili then another lady brings a second with a message from the manager that they made two for our table and wanted the second free. Then he gets his rib and starts eating when another lady comes with my food and ANOTHER Ribeye... a $31 steak free. Great date!

Pretty sure I had the best steak of my life there. I got there pretty early, like when it opened, but you could tell the person on the grill put some love into it. Amazing.

Great place to eat! great atmosphere! very family oriented. they go in and they can immediately feel a warm feeling that this is a great place to eat. the porterhouse steaks were excellent! comes exactly as they want! steamed veggies at the point! the waitresses are impeccable, very friendly and very nice! they have birthday that they bring out a chair with a saddle, they put on that they sing the entire restaurant happy birthday for them. they bring them ice and warm brownie with chocolate syrup. in any case will be back!
