Dunkin' - Bechtelsville

The drink on the right is from the Dunkin on route 100 in Fogelsville. My lattes look and taste just like an iced coffee. I went to another Dunkin and ordered the exact drink-iced latte with oatmilk. The one on the left is an actual latte while the right iswatered down coffee with a splash of oatmilk. Super annoying to be charged for a latte and given an iced coffee.

They rarely get your order right. State order twice still comes out wrong. Donuts never taste fresh.

I ordered Peach Passion Fruit drink and it was delicious the first time and by the second third time i went back it didn?t taste good at all.

They claim to be open until 8:30 PM, but they were already closed and refused to serve us after 7:15 PM. This was quite frustrating and unprofessional.

I waited five minutes for service and then, after ordering, I waited another ten minutes for a bagel, only to be informed that it wasn't ready and would take another ten minutes. I paid extra for the bagel, but instead received a muffin. There was no apology or any offer to make it right, like throwing in a donut for the wait. I should have just gone to McDonald's or Wawa instead.
