Bidrage med feedbackIt's still a good place to eat and it is relaxed. The waiting is practically not an issue here.
Manager was rude, told us we didn’t have to eat there, there was an issue with reservation, apparently they don’t accept reservations online, even though we had a verification email and everything that we showed them, all we got was attitude, she was very unprofessional for a “manager” . I had my entire family there already for a family special event or else I would had chosen to leave. Since they were already there we waited to be accommodated, our server ended up being great and the food was tasty. I recommend hiring friendlier management that know how to keep their attitude in check. Completely unacceptable.
Red Lobster was a special night out treat for me and my family from high school to college to young adulthood, but in the last 5 7 years locally, its popularity has waned perhaps due to newer, hipper, cheaper restaurants like Chipotle and and newer, hipper, just as expensive restaurants like Brio/Bravo. Either way, while it remains open, the Beavercreek Red Lobster still offers decent seafood, their classic cheesy biscuits, and good service. Like the Holiday Inn Express of hotels, the remaining open Red Lobster restaurants may need to undergo an extreme makeover and modernization. Would love to see that happen and witness a comeback for one of my childhood favorites, but for now, lunches at Red Lobster aren't as special as it used to be.
We had a lovely lunch for my father in Father's day, they accommodated my order and it was delicious
