Kikko Ramen Poke - Beaumont

The food gave me a stomach virus, I should have known not to eat it, the tuna had a grey color the mango on the poke was brown, the person that made it was very unhygienic, he kept blowing his nose, that disgusting person even pulled out a wedgie before prepping the poke,he was the bold headed guy with glasses. Please stay away from this please.NEVER EVER GOING BACK. I NEVER LEAVE GOODLE REVIEWS, I JUST HAD TO FOR THIS ONE.

Ramen was really bad. The servers never gave us napkins, utensils, or the soup I asked for. I had to remind them of this. Price was absurdly high, AND there was black mold growing on the ceiling vents! !AVOID!0/5

We were there a little after 1pm, place was not busy at all, i should have paid better attention to that Red Flag! Food was sooooo bland. I requested spicy Ramen got watery broth with Spaghetti noodles. Not Even Real Ramen Noodles!!!! There were 3 of us the only one that enjoyed their food had a bento box. The staff was preoccupied chatting being on their phones. Had to request napkins, utensils had to remind the server of the soup that was supposed to come with the Bento box. Place was dirty, none of the table were set it was S L O W!!!!! You're better off going to grocery store, buying packaged Ramen add what you like. I will bet it will not cost you $57 like our sad lunch did. Never returning!

I absolutely adore this restaurant! The food is consistently outstanding, and the servers are always friendly. Although there can be a wait for your food at times, it is always worth it. My only issue is that the bathroom is rarely clean - I often find a bottle of watered-down soap, which doesn't leave me feeling very clean after washing my hands.

The service was also extremely poor. It seemed like they were understaffed or just uninterested in serving us. Despite there being only a few other customers dining in, it took a long time for us to be served. Even when we were ready to leave, they took forever to collect our payment. We spent about 45-50 minutes there, with most of the time spent waiting to be acknowledged. We only spent about 10 minutes eating because the food was so bad. The staff never checked in on us or offered refills. Overall, my experience was unpleasant and I will not be returning. Eat at your own risk. Some other customers received better treatment, which was disappointing.
