Dorint Bluemlisalp - Beatenberg

Had a lovely steak and my partner had a delicious burger, but unfortunately the bottle of red wine broke in the waiter's hand as he was opening it (not his fault) and went down my back. Tomas Schultz (the manager) offered incredible customer service and...comped the whole meal as an apology. The food was delicious and Tomas made me and my partner very happy with his service.

Amazing hotel in Beatenberg tucked up away from Interlaken. The balcony view on 9th floor was the best part of our 3 night trip, waking up to the peaceful lake and mountains is something I will never forget! The standard double room itself was very spacious with a mini kitchen. Breakfast was delicious with loads of hot and cold options, window tables are a bonus! Service was friendly and helpful. The bus is just under 30 mins to Interlaken but it flies by because you are watching the views the whole journey! It is also free to use courtesy of being a hotel guest. Definitely recommend

Im grossen und ganzen okay. Gebäude ist schon etwas älter,das Inventar dementsprechend ebenfalls. Teppiche in den Zimmern machen nicht unbedingt nen ich lauf da barfuss rum Eindruck...bei der wintertauglichkeit der Fenster bin ich mir auch nicht ganz sicher... Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Abendessen und Frühstück war okay. werden vermutlich wieder mal kommen,nur schon wegen der Aussicht :
