Absolute BEST sandwiches on the Central Coast. Consistently terrific food. Great atmosphere in Los Osos feels like a sports bar with large patio seating. Handful of classic arcade games like Galaga. Also there a pool table. 5/5

We have eaten at the Beach Hut Deli locations in So Cal and love to get a great sandwich whenever we visit Montana De Oro. The hot pastrami is a favorite along with the Malibu. So cool that you are served on a custom frisbee too. This location has awesome outdoor seating and great vining music inside.

I really like this beach themed sandwich shop. I chose to get the Spicoli which is Sean Penn’s inspired meal named after his character in Fast Times at Ridgemont High. It was quite funny to hear the cashier say it was named after Matthew McConnaughey’s character but I had to tell him he had the wrong stoner movie. My dudette sandwich sister was a delight to engage. Too bad she couldn’t find me any chalk for the pool table due to some thieves walking off with the supply. I did have fun spanking some Cal Poly seniors at the pool table whilst they were taking the afternoon off from their studies.I’d invest in this family friendly restaurant if I was in the franchise business. It’s a great place that reminded me of my favorite sandwich shop from college in Athens, Ga: Loco’s but anyway your sandwich served here will come on wax paper atop a frisbee embossed with their logo. Honestly its mids. Mids for how pricy it is too. I aint ever paid $10 for half a sandwich. Everything inside was good I will say they are generous with the meat but ihad no veggies in mine it was just meat and cheese so the picture is very misleading. Twas okay, absolutely not worth the price. Yo mamma could make something jus as good for less than $22. Thank you.
