Kouj - Bayonne

After being refused again at the restaurant Namasté, we were at the Armenian restaurant Kouj, and there a great surprise. Between the reception that is exceptional and the different food and that is very good. It really is worth coming to Kouj to eat, a different food and a pleasant welcome. Good continuation soon

There are places like Kouj, rare, where you are more than serving a dish ... you are also taken care of. This is in any case what I felt on this small terrace where recipes are prepared with care and refinement. The restauratrice was discreet and full of small attentions: associations of flavors, presentation of plates, small table decorations, ... . All this with order and speed, in a very narrow kitchen. What a nice place and what a delicious kitchen behind this beautiful red carmine facade ... and what an ingenious cook! We landed there and time stopped in front of a beautiful and very good dish. I am not from the region, without what, I would return to it very often, for the simple pleasure of sitting there and awakening my palace to unknown flavors. I hope to go back one day...!

Little super nice restaurant but small so think to book if you know that you intend to go there! The manager is great! A warm and discreet welcome. A good address to note to change the space for a moment.
