Wards Fast Food Of Bay Springs

If I could rate it a zero I would. Disrespectful service and worst burgers we ever had. I will never spend another dollar at this restaurant. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

THE WORST BURGERS EVER. THE FRIES WERE FRESH AND HOT. THE BURGERS WERE COLD AND HARD. WE WILL GO TO SONIC FROM NOW ON. We thought we would try a different location and maybe get better food and service. We were wrong. I would not recommend Wards to my enemies. The restaurant was even more nasty than the Laurel location. This place needs to be closed for EVER or you need new management who knows what they are doing. The place was so nasty, the front and back equipment, counter top and front, cash register, soda area the machines were rusted, tables and chairs sticky, walls, windows and the temp gauge on the wall was nasty. Maybe we are the wrong color to be eating at WARDS. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

This restaurant is amazing! After reading a review from another user, I had to go back. The reviewer mentioned having to wait too long and eventually being left, but I believe it is worth the wait. Ward's restaurant in Bay Springs is the only one near my hometown, and I always make sure to stop by whenever I visit. The food is incredible, and I would give it 5 stars. If you want to try the best chili cheese dog, this is the place to go. I always order it when I'm there.

During my visit, I found the service to be lacking. The staff seemed too busy chatting and joking with each other instead of attending to customers. I waited 20 minutes to place my order, while the workers continued to joke around. Eventually, I had to approach someone to finally get some service. Overall, I was disappointed with the unprofessional behavior of the staff at this restaurant.
