Great meal, very friendly staff, the food was outstanding and all local so we tried regional food we would not have tried. Great location too

One of 2 eateries on the main square with the chateau, we were told it was more “French” than the other. It certainly was, with an initially very surly waitress, who only thawed once she realised we spoke French. To the extent that we nearly walked out, but having ordered, service improved and the food was delicious. Certainly not bad for a quick lunch if you are in Baugé.

Very sorry but I didn’t have much choice of menu of the day so went for the main menu , glass was broken in window gave us a draughty wind tunnel and seeing I was unwell coughing never they never offered to move us. The starters were a frozen samosas with no taste , the main was a bowl of watery courgette in strips. With tasteless fish on the top. The dessert was okay as it was a frozen slice couldn’t go wrong . Expensive for a bad meal, staff not very friendly , my opinion of the restaurant need a update lots of things need repairing, and need to offer quality food for a better price.

Back on vacation with a friend, we went out of the highway as every time for lunch. this surprise to have fallen on this restaurant. superb acceuil, good cuisine, very affordable price. Thank you. I recommend

15 min from the dizzy zoo, we found a peat! a warm welcome, dishes on the slate 100% homemade, a high price ratio excellent (70€ to two for the aperitif, menus in dishes and coffees). to discover absolutely!
