Golden Chick - Baton Rouge

It is not often that I can say this about an almost food place, but it exceeded expectations. eating was great, the personal was a bit friendly, and the atmosphere.the music was relaxing retro 70s soul recommend!

I used the drive through to order the spicy nashville chicken sandwich. When i asked to add lettuce and tomato the jerk in the order window said we don put no letus an mato on that samich i said yes i want to add that, he said we ain gon do dat . I sat there in my vehicle in a state of shock, not believing what i heard. My advice to anyone reading this review, don 't go there. I never will.

I went to Golden Chick 5/27 at 12:45. I experienced the worst customer service ever. It was my first time coming here and It was so unprofessional. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich and it was not what I was expecting. (I never had grapes in my chicken salad) So I went inside to see if I can exchange my order for something else, with paying the difference. Inside, the lady who called her self a manager was very rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional.

Had a very good experience here, food was good and came out hot and fresh. The owner was there and very nice and accommodating to us (extra seasoning and sauce). Will definitely be coming back again to try more things on the menu
