Anthony's Italian Deli - Baton Rouge

Mama Mia what a gem Baton Rouge has. The Muffaletta is a mouth watering slice of heaven and the staff is always warm and inviting. I try to make it a point to visit whenever I'm in town and Anthony's never disappoints. Mangiare e godere di Baton Rouge!!!!

I don't think I have had better Italian food than what I have eaten at Anthony's. If you haven't eaten there, you must...your taste buds will thank you!!!

I had the muffaletta the first time and split with a friend. It was fabulous!! This time, my second visit, I had the lasagna lunch special. Best lasagna I have EVER had. Big portion. Lots of layers. I could only eat half and brought half home. It was served with a salad that had Italian olive salad mix in it and cheese. Delish! Also a warm, crunchy piece of their delicious bread. I cant wait till next time. Ive had lasagna lots of places and this is the best ever. Thanks guys.

The best Muffuletta sandwich ever! Awesome service, awesome food, a must stop! Thanks for the great lunch and friendly service on my way back to Dallas!

Whenever I am anywhere near Baton Rouge, I pick up muffulettas to bring home and freeze. Well now, I have to pick up orders for the neighbors too. Ok, let’s just say it. Monroe needs an Antony’s Deli. Hands down, the very best!
