Hungry Howie's Pizza - Bartow

If they like tomato on an salad, they just don't expect to get them. I have 4 thin slices and a lot of salate. the customer service was excellent, but the quality of the food was disappointing.

Recently moved to the area and ordered pizza from here. The older lady on the front register is very rude. She looks at you like you’re bothering her. There’s no hello, smile or a simple how may I help you. I called to check if my pizza was ready and she told me it was ready 20 minutes ago and it’s just sitting there. I was shocked. I decided to give them another try two weeks later and she was rude again. It seems like she doesn’t like her job. Now I rather drive to Eagle Lake or Winter Haven to get pizza just so we don’t have to deal with rude employees.

I’m here visiting and decided to treat my grandkids to pizza but I feel as though since I’m not in the best neighborhood that my food wasn’t created equally!! I spent almost $35 on pizza and it looked as if it sat for awhile before being delivered. I called and complained was told it would be remade and to give driver the pizza that we didn’t eat no one showed up it’s been over 3 hours!!! No matter what zip code I’m in i pay just like everyone else and deserve to be a satisfied customer!! I will be taking this matter up with the corporate office. Thanks for being loyal to your customers on the other side of the tracks

4 hour wait times. Yes, 4 hours. Thought it was a joke for Sunday evening. Nope, it was 4 hours. If you see 240 mins on the app they mean it. Make your own pizza, or order delivery for lunch to arrive for dinner.
