The staff’s attitude is hit or miss, and there’s a noticeable lack of enthusiasm. The recent introduction of charges for extras adds to the frustration, especially when my coffee often arrives poorly made. The drive-through experience is marred by staff gossip, and the practice of sending customers to the parking lot to avoid affecting timers is inconvenient. If your order is simple, you might be okay, but for larger orders, double-check everything. Overall, the service and quality have declined, making it a challenging choice for a reliable morning coffee spot.
Rudest service I have ever seen! Couldn't even make hot chocolates right the first time. Attitude given all the way through. Do not recommend this location.
Got there 1 hour bf closing and they refused to make frozen coffee bc they already cleaned machine. another day got there 20 minutes bf closing and they wouldn't provide any service bc they already threw away drinks and cleaned up. this is ridiculous they are supposed to provide service until closing at 7pm THEN clean when store is closed.
Extremely rude, was the only one in the building and was ignored for about 10 minutes while they swept right in front of me and talked **** about their coworkers, extremely loudly. i understand this job is not that serious but have some decorum, especially the girl with glasses who was actually yelling lol
Horrible customer service! Drinks were made incorrectly. Not sanitary. Rude atmosphere. I absolutely do not recommend and will never return. Warren and Swansea Dunkin’ are far superior!
