This place has very good cakes, a lot of choices and excellent cappuccino the best in the area. Sometimes can be crowded but this is to be expect as they serve many specialities

Been shopping here for all my cakes for every event you can imagine in a year. This has always been the go to for me for 5years . The fruit gateau was once so good, busting with flavour now they changed the recipe, way too much sugar, it is now so eggy, if I can say that. I will now get all my cakes from valerie patisserie. You will be getting your money's worth and a rich quality cake and better customer service for sure

The food and bagels are lovely, fairly good value and very tasty, But service is poor, kept waiting for no reason, rude staff who serm unhappy,

Extremely unfriendly staff! Not just that just very unhelpful with an attitude that they have something better to do than help with placing your order. My household loved their fruit gateau and has been the go to for past 4+ and possibly anymore. They added so much sugar and it tastes very different. Called after 2years of not bothering with their cakes but lady who usually answers just always has better things to do with an attitude you can pick up. Her tone is not helpful or friendly almost intimidating and ordering a cake shouldnt be an unpleasant task. I think they have enough customers and not looking to improve at all. I'm off to Patisserie Valerie who do just as delicious cakes where I don't have to put up with rude customer service.

Oh dear what has happened? Lovely mini pastries gone, Wimpey style slices of cake in plastic boxes. Change of ownership is very disappointing.
