We were at the nicolaus hotel and had planned to go to dinner. I am pleased to say that we have changed our minds and decide to eat in the seasons. our meals and the service were perfect. it was a relaxed and satisfying evening. In the morning we enjoy the breakfast buffet, complete with fresh honey comb. it seems that carlo has a good transition with this restaurant!
Eat a group meal at the top floor restuarant in the frame of a tourism conference a well together four cursor meal with abundant local fish, good presentation and beautiful aromen and aromen. if the public restaurant is as good as that is. well worth a try.
After the difficult day we decided to eat in the restaurant of the hotel. we had a nice table with a view of the waterfall. the three different types of warm broth rolls, local olive oil a great start! we chose the vegetarian buffet as appetizer (4eu .the buffet had the great selection of mozzarella, including buffalo, and the grilled vegetables. the main course we shared with the chicory a plate of local Fava beans (delicious! and the plate of pasta with the local ingredients. (all vegetarian . the dinner was served with the dekaff espresso and a piece of chocolate cake (the cake was simply ok). the service was excellent, but at the end a little slow. overall it was very pleasant culinary experience.
