Very nice, small for the couple dinner, I found the staff very friendly and pleasant, excellent quality food and fresh fish, it is not easily found a restaurant so, we were fine, recommend it to everyone, if you go to bari you can not go there. We'll definitely come back before we go home.

I think we can't discuss the quality of the products or the rich and refined wine paper. I personally enjoyed the kitchen. dishes with the right ingredients in the right place able to exalt the raw materials, really satisfied with what I tasted from the appetizers to dessert, indeed to the coffee what not discounted considering the coffees proposed around. presentation of the dishes nice and clean, reflects the quality of the dishes. The nice place. I stop at four stars because some details of the service must be perfected also considering the level of the restaurant (fosse was the pizzeria under the house I would not have given us so much weight). very polite and friendly staff.

On holiday in bari you can only not want to eat fish and especially the famous raw ones. So casually I see a episode of “4 restaurants” on the theme just before my visit to bars and I remain impressed by this place. the owner very friendly and helpful, a real landlord recommends me in addition to the Angola I’m of raw also the burrata agnolotti, with cream of tomato confit, bar of shrimps and almonds. he also reserves the right to accompany him with a glass of white. This cup would never have come if I hadn't reminded the waiter. the dish of raw that I had admired on TV was really very poor, all very good, nothing to say, but I expected curls and some fruit of evil and instead they were only untied. Agnolotti great but I would have put at least five instead of three. last note the waiters a little too pressing. conclusion, quality, goto, stacks from 5 balls, service from 2, location from 3/4... so here are my three balls but I would return to try other things.
