Restaurant Utspann - Bargteheide

Another good diner at the Utspann. Good decent German food, lots of meat, vegetables and potatoes very attractive prices. No surprises, always so far! Also recommended for very large groups, they can handle.

Visited this restaurant for a family celebration. The restaurant in Bargteheide has a beautiful (beer garden and a beautiful interior. We sat in a separate part of the restaurant and had several waiters to serve us, it worked well and the service... people could serve us quickly and in good mood. Since we are vegetarians and visited this restaurant before we could eat nothing but potatoes and vegetables, we were glad to get a vegetarian friendly soup first. I guess we thought the main course had a vegetarian/vegan variety, but that wasn't the case. While the others ate meat with potatoes and vegetables, we had to stick with vegetables (Cauliflower, Broccoli and some savings banks). (Well, not quite because we brought our own vegetarian steaks, would meat eaters do the same????? Although this can be a traditional German food restaurant, there should be enough vegan/vegetarian people in Germany to offer some beautiful food alternatives.

The fourth Christmas party, unfortunately with 2 years interruption . great team around anja which manages it again and again that we feel super well . green cabbage satt an absolute must, supplemented by vegetarian dishes . dessert vegetables limettes and apples and ice cubes always plentiful there, we have found our local and hope it will accompany us the next years
