Bidrage med feedbackWe had just arrived and as we waited to check in we enjoyed delicious croissants and coffee here. The display of desserts is outstanding. The cleanliness was what will prevent us from returning.
During our walking tour, our tour guide pointed this place out and highly recommended it. He also suggested that, if we go there, we should try the Crema Catalana, which is like crème brûlée. So, after the tour, and after having lunch at another tour guide recommended restaurant, we headed back to Pastisseria Escribà. As you enter, there is a case lined with the prettiest individual desserts you've ever seen they are absolutely stunning and perfect! It's so hard to choose because they all look incredible and are their own little piece of art. Fighting off the urge to try many different things, we settled on just a few, including the Crema Catalana. It was all so delicious. If I was in Barcelona for more than just a couple days, I would have to go back regularly and try a different one each time! Kudos to the bakers!
An excellent experience!!!!!! My husband and I are passionate about patisserie. We make trips just to try the patisserie around the world. We came in Barcelona, actually for Oriol Balaquer, but it was a big disappointment! Then, by mistake, run into La Pastisseria Barcelona. The deserts were simply wonderful! The tastes are well balanced and not so sweet (depending of the taste). Don’t miss it if you visit Barcelona!!!
I've always come here. There's usually one option. I have been told to the dependent that they also make a yuzu muffin but now they only have the very rich raspberry with the perfect sweet spot
It's worth getting close just to try these two delicacies. the hazelnut mousse with the touch of passion fruit was rich and if you get the chocolate the cookie and chocolate is touching the sky! currently everything has to be to carry, you can not consume it in the local
