Il Colle E - BARBERINO DI MUGELLO

Our flight home to Gatwick had been cancelled so we were put up in a hotel for 3 days close to this fab restaurant. Thank you to the staff especially our waitress who worked tirelessly and was always ready with a smile. We were grateful for the good food and wine and it made us feel comfortable during a frustrating time with the airline. Grazie mille

I went there with my girlfriend just for an easy dinner... and I found one of the best pizzas I 've ever tasted so far! Lampredotto, salsa verde e cipolle caramellate , with grani antichi dough: super advised. The Margherita con Bufala that my vegetarian gf had was excellent too. We 'll visit again to try other pizzas as soon as we have the chance!

Best Pizza and Pizzaiolo. We will definitely come back. La vera Fiorentina is also highly recommended.

We stayed for dinner to eat a Fiorentina with blood, but despite having emphasized several times “I recommend myself to the ****” as you can see from the photo the steak has arrived cooked. A real shame. A little untidy staff, long waiting times for everything, at all tables.

Beautiful environment, rustic and interesting. Great food, attention to allergens and toasted cracks. Friendly staff but little awake.
