This is a cool place to stop. I did not get the chance to try the food, but next time, I will.Their beer is so good.If you are near Baraboo WI you really need to visit AI. Ringling Brewing.

Arrived with several others from our car club. Restaurant was given advance notice our group was coming. Despite this and the fact it was a Saturday, there was only one person taking food orders. Ordering drinks was done separately; again, only one bartender servicing a line of 20 people deep. Food was cooked and delivered one meal at a time with unacceptable time gaps between. A requested well-done burger arrived rare. French fries were limp. Empanadas were greasy, and the most popular flavor, chicken, was not available at all. Some who waited over an hour with no food delivered were issued refunds. By the time the rest had eaten, well over two hours had elapsed and we missed the next stop on our route. Would recommend for sightseeing only but not for a meal. We will definitely not be back.

Party of 5 went for the Wed Wing special. Staff didn't know what the special was or how to order it. Finally got that figured out and we each placed our food order. Food came out one order at a time. First person was done with their meal by time the second order came. I was last to order and never received any food. Two other couples had come in after we ordered and they all had received food. Asked for a refund which was granted. Never again will I go back!

I visit craft breweries as a hobby. Ringling Brewery's location is unique in the Ringling Mansion in Baraboo, not far from the Circus World Museum. I think this alone makes it intriguing as a brewery and brewpub. The decor is interesting and historical, as is the bar itself. When I visited during the day on Friday, the 13th, the establishment was busy, presumably with patrons also doing a tour of the mansion. So, service was a bit slower when seeking to order a flight. One of the female bartenders focused on a couple with their food on the side of the bar I sat while completely ignoring my presence. The other female bartender who was primarily attending to the taps in the center did notice and took my order. Alas, not enough 5 oz glasses for a flight of 4 and I started with one but very soon received the other three. The price was a little much, but not out of character for most breweries. I asked for a brewery sticker which they were out but I was given a growler label instead. This was considerate and thoughtful of my server. The flight I picked included a sour, a Kolsch, a wheat/Hefeweizen and the chili ale Heat Merchant. 3 of the 4 were palatable and consistent with what I would expect of those types of brews; nothing exceptional but serviceable. In contrast, the Heat Merchant was the functional equivalent of an assault on my mouth. I have tried a fair number of beers with spice or chili. My favorite is likely the Jalapeño Honey Margarita sour at Public Brewing in Kenosha. The chili compliments the other components and balances the seemingly divergent flavors. The Heat Merchant was too much chili with no balance. It was cold hot sauce with no nuance. As I wrote, it felt like an assault. I could go no further than one sip. I was tempted to press charges against the brewer but decided instead to write this review. Please, PLEASE for all that you consider holy, reconsider this beer and it's flavor profile. Consider tuning down the chili and adding something like a sour component or otherwise to balance it out. A beer should have some aspect of refreshment, not brutality.

Excellent service and staff. Very friendly and helpful. Good craft beers. Full bar service. Only had the huge soft pretzel and it was good. Fun atmosphere
