Unfortunately had several interactions with manager carlo about the bad service level that we received in the last weeks at 2 locations. he is so passiw aggressiw and always justifys very bad customer service. must actually listen to customer feedback show so empathy and offer its employees a better training, how to deal with customer concerns. not long after that I received a call for the owner giuseppe, as he must have read my feedback. he was so professional, apologetically very concerned as I was treated. he showed the customer support and empathy I originally expected. this simple phone call has mine believe and restored the opinion of the place, as giuseppe promised that he will address the problems I have addressed with his personal.

For a great price, you have woodfire pizza and amazing pasta in a great atmosphere. Love coming here with the family for a birthday or night out. It's also wheel chair friendly, which is a big plus for us.Recommend: Dine in and get a pizza pasta. I love gnocchi gorgonzola and pepperoni. In saying that, everything is good. Top it off with their gelato.
