The bathroom is clean. The dining area has a nice ambiance. The cakes look nice and have a good selection. Now for my review, I did not come for the cakes or pastries, we came for a simple quick breakfast. My wife order the Dominican (1 egg, mangoo, cheese and salami: 200), I ordered the American(3 eggs scrambled with ham and cheese, side of toast :185). There was nothing special about the Dominican, the mangoo was ok. The American had a good taste but nothing significant to rave about. The issue really relies on the service or lack there of, my scrambled eggs(pictured below) took about an hour and a half to be served. While my wife was served about 20 minutes before mine. I could understand a complex meal taking so long or if they were busy, but neither were the case we were one of 4 tables being attended. If they even get there service in order I might considering rating it at a 3 and I would say that would be a very generous rating. With all that said if I were looking for a cake this place I would consider.

It's ist das beste Café der Stadt. Der Service ist absolut perfekt, das Geschäft sehr gepflegt und die Auswahl ist sehr gut. Ich kann is zu 200% empfehlen. 7 Sterne. Sie werden in Santo Domingo kein besseres Cafe finden. Ich komme sehr gern wieder. It's the best coffee in town. The service is absolutely perfect, the shop is well maintained and the selection is very good. I recommend 200%. 7 stars You won't find a better coffee in Santo Domingo. I'd love to come back.
